One of the benefits of interim innkeeping is discovering new recipes at various Bed and Breakfast Inns. Here, with the owners permission, we are happy to share recipes that have proven to be popular with guests. Though most have come from B&B's, some are taken from the internet as well (Food Network, etc.). This recipe was "borrowed" from one of our first clients located in Asheville, NC.
We plan to feature at least one recipe each month, so please check back often. And if you try one of them, please let us know how it worked out.
