| INNKEEPING RATES As each Bed and Breakfast or Country Inn requires different levels of responsibilities associated with an assignment, we prefer to quote rates for our services based upon evaluation of your needs and the size of your inn. The following is a guide for our pricing structure so that you can estimate the costs of our services. BASE RATE OF $125 PER DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING: - Housekeeping of all common areas and supervision of your housekeeping staff.
- Day to day maintenance, plant care, laundry procedures, refuse disposal, etc.
- Accounting functions performed to your specifications either manually or on computer. Processing credit cards and making bank deposits are part of this service as well.
- We answer all reservation requests as they come in be it by phone, mail or email.
- All reservations are processed promptly including sending confirmations.
- Your reservation system is updated immediately so your availability information is always current.
- We greet all visitors to your inn, conducting tours and answering questions with the purpose of converting those visitors to future guests.
- We love animals and will take care of your pets following your direction.
- We complete daily reports of all activities that take place during your absence and provide those to you at the end of our stay. This makes your transition back much smoother.
A FEE FOR EACH OCCUPIED ROOM COVERS THE FOLLOWING : -
We check in and check out your guests according to your guidelines. -
We familiarize ourselves with the area to assist your guests with directions, dinner reservations, entertainment and other activities available. -
We do our very best to make your guests feel welcome and make their stay an enjoyable and memorable one. -
Turn down service is also provided if that is one of your requirements. -
We perform all food preparation and serve your guests in the style that is your inns tradition. -
This includes meal planning, grocery shopping and of course kitchen and dining room cleanup. -
We will prepare and serve any early morning, afternoon, or late night snacks and beverages. -
Almost all of our recipes are "from scratch" recipes. HOUSEKEEPING OPTION
For those inn keepers who may require housekeeping duties, due to no staff or in the absence of a housekeeper, we offer full housekeeping service and base our rate for this service dependent upon your requirements. |
